Silver Satin Pothos in Emoji Mug

$31.00

The “Silver Satin Pothos” actually isn’t a pothos at all. This is a Scindapsus Pictus and it is in the Arum family. Therefore its needs are going to differ from your pothos plants. Scindapsus is native to Southeast Asia so it prefers to have moist soil and higher humidity. Curling leaves just means he’s thirsty and should perk up not long after you’ve watered, as I did after our photoshoot!

Silver Satin Pothos (Scindapsus pictus) thrives in bright, indirect light and temperatures of 65-85°F (18-29°C). Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry, ensuring excellent drainage to prevent root rot. Use a chunky, well-draining potting mix, and provide moderate to high humidity for best growth.

The exterior diameter of the plant opening is 4 inches and there is added drainage to the bottom! :) This plant is toxic to humans or pets.
