Red Orchid Cactus in ‘I AM THE BOSS’ mug
$33.00
Properly caring for the Red orchid cactus (Disocactus ackermannii, formerly Epiphyllum) thrives indoors with bright, filtered light (avoid direct afternoon sun) and high humidity, making them ideal for hanging baskets. Keep the soil slightly moist during spring/summer growing season, but water only when the top third of the soil is dry to prevent rot. They can grow pretty quickly and spread out like octopi's legs. They also produce beautiful red flowers, up to 5 inches large! (They prefer to be slightly root bound for flowering).
The exterior diameter of the plant opening is 4 inches and there is a drilled hole added to the bottom for proper drainage. This plant is NON toxic to humans or pets.
